Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Resolve Vault licenses from Hugo Miguel Carvalho Soares, sold through our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy).

1. Standard Refund Window

Unless required otherwise by local law, we offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if:

• The request is sent by the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is provided (your Lemon Squeezy order number/receipt).
• The request reason matches eligible conditions below.

2. Eligible Reasons

• Duplicate charge.
• Technical incompatibility not resolvable by support.
• Material failure of advertised core functionality.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind after extensive use beyond trial/refund conditions.
• Violation of Terms/EULA.
• Requests outside the refund window, except where mandatory law applies.

• Full name
• Order/invoice ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
• Purchase date
• License key (if issued)
• Reason for request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank/card settlement timing may vary by provider and by Lemon Squeezy as the payment processor.
