Resolve Vault

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between Hugo Miguel Carvalho Soares and the end user (“you”) for Resolve Vault (the “Software”).

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for internal/business use as permitted by your purchased plan.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Software except as expressly allowed.
  • Reverse engineer/decompile except where mandatory law allows.
  • Remove proprietary notices.
  • Circumvent license controls or technical protections.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Hugo Miguel Carvalho Soares.

4. Updates

Updates, patches, and improvements may be provided and may be required for security or compatibility.

5. Term and Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

6. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hugo Miguel Carvalho Soares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Portugal, with venue in Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
